Lindsey Jones

monitoring and restoration manager

Lindsey grew up in a rural community in West Virginia, learning from a young age to work, play, and explore the land. After getting degrees in International Studies/Spanish (BA) and Natural Resource Management (MS), spending her twenties traveling and working all over the world and the US, Lindsey and her family now call Wallowa County home. Lindsey joined Wallowa Resources in 2014 with an interest in how WR fuses ecological, social, and economic issues to guide overall community well-being. Before working for Wallowa Resources, she worked for The Nature Conservancy, the National Audubon Society, the Department of Defense, the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission, Oregon State Parks, and the West Virginia State Fair. In her free time, Lindsey can be found running, reading, baking, chasing two children around, or generally making sarcastic comments about any of these activities. She serves on the Wallowa Land Trust Lands Committee and is planning on many school-related commitments in the near future.
