Joni is an eastern Oregon girl at heart but loves warm sunny places. Joni was raised in Heppner, OR, and attended Blue Mountain Community College. After college, she married Mark, a lifetime Wallowa County resident, and has been here with him ever since. Joni joined the staff in October 2010 with 15 years of office administration experience. She loves working with a dynamic group of people and cheers everyone up with her infectious smile.
