All changes and cancellations must be made in writing either through mail, fax 541-426-9053 (Attn: Amy Busch), or email.
There is a $20 fee charge to each student per day. This includes tuition, snack and transportation for the day's course. A $20 non-refundable deposit is due with registration, and the remaining balance is due Friday, April 7. We will inform you if you have been place on the waiting list.
There is no refund for cancellations after Friday WREN begins on April 7.
Conditions of Enrollment:
I agree to pay a $20 non-refundable deposit with my registration and the balance of the tuition on Friday, April 7 or I may lose my spot on for that class. I understand and agree that, in accordance with Wallowa Resources' policy, no refund will be made for my withdrawal of my departure. I give Wallowa Resources permission for reasonable and proper use of any photograph taken of me or any written statement made by me during this program. I will be expected to maintain the high standards which have been established by Wallowa Resources. These include sharing equally in group responsibilities, not using alcohol, illegal drugs or tobacco or marijuana in any form and maintaining an academic quality in my work commensurate with my abilities. I will provide Wallowa Resources with current medical history, liability form, signed behavior and expectation form (see below) by April 7 in order to participate in Friday WREN. If I fail to maintain these standards I understand I will be dismissed and all paid tuition fees will be forfeited.
